Having enlisted the services of different property services over the years, and often being left dissapointed, I was so pleased when I found LRL Property Services. I first used them 4 years ago for a full shop refurbishment. Their work is of the highest quality, their staff are professional and reliable and the job just gets done! LRL came to my property to carry out some
Insurance work. My first contact was with. Young lady called Lauren who explained everything to me in detail. Lauren was very reassuring and very professional. The work was carried out in a very timely manner and the lads always ensured they worked with the least disruption to myself and my family.

I had an emergency when I moved into my house. I wanted to install my water softener only to find crumbling lead pipes leading into the house.

L R L sent one of their team who swiftly identified my issue, dug up my path and replaced the offending pipe work without further drama. All turned around within an impressive timescale. Even cleared up after themselves. Well satisfied.

These cowboys turned up promptly to take money to repair water damage. We then had to plead for 2 weeks to get them to come back. They removed the damp carpets and left again and have not returned for 3 months now despite constant calls and their emails being turned off. I now have an elderly person with breathing difficulties living with missing floors and carpets, holes in the walls and damp as winter comes and they refuse to come and do the work.
Disgusting service from despicable people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company was chosen by our insurance company JOHN LEWIS. So VERY disappointed in their standard of work. Also their level of communication with their client (US and JL) has almost been NONE!! DREADFUL COMPANY, would NEVER recommend them
