I realised today that, after using this place 50 times over 3 years, that I've always had a great experience there - reasonable fuel price, good air con, lots of stock, never out of fuel, always a reduced deal, friendly staff, no queues. A*!!!

When it first opened a few years back they used to overcharge me every other visit and I would have given them 2 stars, but they’ve sorted that out and now I’m glad it’s round the corner, it’s a useful place to get emergency groceries now that traditional corner shops are a thing of the past.

Those cut price yellow stickers on a Sunday night are always welcome to counteract the typical petrol station overpricing, but other than that it’s decent these days.

Visited 3 times in 3 weeks.
First occasion payed with a 10 pound note to the Asian lady behind the till. She took a long time to sort my change. Checked my change when I returned home to find that I had been short changed by 70p.
Second occasion bought a few items on my debit card for dinner. Served by the same woman. Was in a rush so just tapped and carried on my travels. Was overcharged by 50p.
Third occasion same cashier. Calculated the price of the goods a few times before going to the till to make sure. All items were price marked. Yet she attempted to overcharge me by 80p Too many times to be a coincidence or mistake now. I sincerely hope I’m the only one she has tried this with!! Stealing off of the customers is disgusting no matter the amount!!!

I’m a regular customer at the above station but I was disgusted today by the service and attitude I have received from here.
I have asked for a cup of coffee and I had to wait for a while because there was one serving cashier and making coffee.
After a while he came and made the coffee I noticed hair inside the lid when I asked the guy to make another coffee once I showed him the hair he quickly removed it and blatantly told me there is no hair.
As I insisted he then showed me attitude by not only saying sorry but behaved in a manner I’m the one to blame rather than taking responsibility.
Please retrain your staff to have better manners and customer service.

New staff Oscar & Monika are a much-needed delight & breath of fresh air to this place. God knows we deserve decent customer service with the amount of money we spend here on fuel, booze & food! They’re so friendly & actually help pack your food rather than just hand you the plastic bag & grunt like the older members of staff. Give them a raise please, the others can learn a lot from them :o)

This petrol station is always closed when I drive past at 21:50 every weekday night, never open until 22:00 and is very inconvenient. I tried to buy some food at 21:50 tonight but all the shutters were down, covering all the food. What is the point of advertising that you are open until 10 p.m.? I am better off shopping at a petrol station with a Waitrose shop.

Not impressed with this garage/BP. They don’t have a customer toilet and are located in a busy area. I had 45mins of my journey left sitting in stand still traffic and I even begged to use their staff toilet and they said no because they would get in trouble. I work in retail, in a store that has no customer toilet and if asked to use staff toilet we let them as is written in the policy. I don’t understand why this is not the same here. Usually garages are pit stops for fuelling, snacks and refreshments as well as to relieve yourself. Instead she told me to leave my car there and go across a busy road to a pub to use their toilet and they didn’t even have road access since they are part of the premier inn premises, so I had to walk round the back and thro the car park! This was the BP Dorking road Epsom!
