We had Jenny Reeves help us find our mortgage. To be honest without her we might have not thought it was possible to find a suitable mortgage, so we have a lot to be grateful for. Jenny is hyper-efficient. I think we got our mortgage offer within 24-48 hours, which we didn’t know was possible. She is very good at monitoring mortgage rates, we ended up getting a slightly better revised offer nearer to purchase. The only slight negative I would say, which is why I went for 4 stars rather than 5, is more the after mortgage offer period, where we felt there were too many calls to try and sell additional services. To be fair to her though once I told her this she took note and was good about it. Overall, I would still be happy to recommend her just for that efficiency at getting the mortgage offer to start with.
