Excellent quote and price for exceptional cover. Way cheaper than all the rest on Gocompare. UK call center with capable call agents whom are very professional. Call waiting time was a little long but worth the wait, so do be patient!
I'll definitely be renewing my policy with them if I get the same deal. Reliable and professional. That's my honest review.

I've been a customer of Lexham for around 6 years, with various bikes insured through them. This year, my insurance was up for renewal. It's normally around £400, but my auto-renewal amount came through at £800. I rang the renewals team and asked why it had doubled. I have no claims, same address, same bike, no other changes, but all they could tell me was that their renewal fee had gone up to £100! I explained that other insurers were quoting around £400 and that I'd been a customer for 6 years with them and never had this, but they just immediately told me to go elsewhere instead. The helplines take so long to be answered - I was on the phone waiting for around 40 minutes before I spoke with someone... before being told they weren't qualified to deal with renewals so passed onto another hold queue. The staff are unhelpful, dismissive and could not give any rationale as to why it had doubled and they charge £100 to renew with exactly the same details as the previous year. I rang Bennetts, got through to someone incredibly polite and knowledgeable in 3 minutes, got a quote at £400 and moved providers. It's a shame customer loyalty isn't considered at Lexham. I won't be using them again.

Absolutely disgraceful cowboy scamming business. I bought this insurance and received a letter 24 hours to say if the policy is to be canceled we are liable for the whole premium. I called the very next day to cancel the policy and I was told I’m being charged £73 admin fee and 25 for being insured for 1 and a half day. I don’t know what sort of admin was done for me as I got this policy online - I am disgusted by their scamming ways - to be charged £100+ for a day and a half of being insured is just plain thievery. I will make a complaint to your regulating body and I have already gotten advice from ombudsmen. Judging by your reviews you already have this business won’t have much of a leg to stand on. I guess you’re making money from the cancellations you get. You should be disgusted at yourselves. I personally own multiple cars and I’ve never come across an insurance that makes you pay the whole policy if you cancel further down the line. It’s just disgraceful.

The cheap prices are a trap, they simply charge you extra when the policy ends instead of when it starts. Changed my bike and as part of that cancelled my old policy and got a new one for the new bike, was told I had to pay them £66 to cancel the old policy. When I heard this I also decided to cancel the new policy as I didnt want this issue again later. Even though it was within the 14 day cooling off period and I should have been given a full refund I got £57 back out of the £168 I had given them so far. Avoid at all costs

insurance premiums are a bit pricey but they do the job. had a massive nail in my rear tire, they had someone out within an hour, with regular calls and checkups to make sure everything was okay, they repaired it with no added costs which was completely covered by breakdown and i was back on the road 20 minutes after.

I had insurance policy with this company back last year and in january my bike got stolen, they never paid me out!! Also had another policy with them had issue with my card tried phoning them but no one seems to want to answer the phone so i could explain about my direct debit, bit instead they expected me to pay the full year to carry on with my policy!! Absolute joke of an insurance company will never recommend them to any one stay clear from them.

Website is atrocious, being clear and giving definitions is not a strong point for their app or website, trying to add extras trough the app and website is not possible, it is only available through phone call which is abysmal, the site is like it is designed int he 80's and does the bare minimum which is not enough these days. leaves me dissatisfied and frustrated. The prices are average and there is nothing that differentiates them from other insurers. That being said, i have had a positive experience with the underwriters and people on the phone lines who are very good at explaining stuff to me, and i do tip my hat to them as i asked them some hard questions and when I struggled to understand they explained things differently.

Avoid like the plague, cancelled my insurance due to an outstanding payment while I was on holiday and could do nothing about it. I informed them following their request for payment that I would be away for the next few weeks and would pick it up upon my return, then I get home to find a letter from them confirming they have cancelled my cover. They may be one of the cheapest on the market but there’s a reason why.
