The agent on the end of the phone was polite, professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions clearly. Explained all the policy and made sure it was appropriate for my needs. A very good 1st impression as 1st time used to insure my car. Definitely a lot cheaper than my previous provider.

I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately the chat online forced me to reduce 1 star. First of all the price is very competitive and low as opposed to my renewal quote received from my previous insurers. I am abroad at the moment and unable to call customer service. Although I have taken this policy online, I still have a few queries that require clarification, hence the reason I tried using Chat box online. Still waiting for a response after 30 minutes. There was £60 added for "More new LP and Roadside. No idea what this means. Otherwise very competitive and affordable price saving around £750. So cannot moan or complain yet but the proof of the pudding will be when required to make a claim.

I took a policy with these clowns only to find on my return from holiday they had increase my premium by double. I had no problems with the agent that cancelled my policy but had to make a repayment for cancelling 2 weeks in. I was sent around circles and passed from department to department till the incompetent staff finally put me through to the right one. I had a policy for 2 weeks and was expected to pay £250 for cancelling. The didn't even have the courtesy to call me and say that my monthly premiums are doubling. Poor communication. Horrible newbie company. AVOID if you do not want to be robbed.

Agreed on a price for my car insurance they set it up all done they put a box on the car. Then insurance went extremely sky high. So I cancelled and they've been chasing me for years. Iv had many cars since then and better insurance companies. Stay away

Was happy with initial policy and price.
Forgot to turn off auto-renewal. Was offered a £10 decrease in premium. Renewal started, but didn't take money from my account. Igo4 cancelled the policy after 14 days and I now have £100 fine. No other alternative other than to pay the fine.

Avoid IGO4 - The Worst Insurance Experience in 35 Years of Driving

In all my years on the road, I've never dealt with a car insurance company as dreadful as IGO4. I have another policy with a different company for my second car, and when I recently moved, they actually refunded me £150. IGO4, however, decided to charge me an additional £200 for the exact same change. To make matters worse, they sent me a threatening letter about canceling my policy on the very day this inflated fee was due.

Customer service was no better. The call handler couldn’t have cared less about my frustration. I had to practically pry out any sign of interest from him, as if my loyalty and satisfaction were completely irrelevant to them.

With six months left on my policy, I'm now seriously questioning how they'd handle a claim if one should arise. Touch wood, nothing will happen until this nightmare of a policy is over, because I can only imagine how out of pocket I'd be if I had to rely on IGO4 for any support.

Take my advice: think twice before signing up with this company. They won’t be seeing my business again, and if you value your peace of mind, you might want to avoid them too.

SCAMMERS! AVOID! I made a mistake with my application so cancelled as quickly as possible after one day after receiving my actual quote. So one days insurance that will be £35 cancellation fee, £60 non refundable set up fee £6 for the actual insurance with interest and an extra £25 for supposed amendment fees which no one seems to be able to clarify for me. £125 for one days car insurance and scoffed at on the phone when I questioned it as if I was the one being unreasonable. Let's see how this goes.

Too early to makw a positive or negative review yet as i have only just got on board with this insurance company..the real deal will come if and when i have to make a claim and how efficiently its dealt with.or if they try to fob me off.hopefully i never have to claim.?
