Just finished a third mortgage with Adel and AMC. He is our family broker and because of him and his excellent advice, I have been able to buy the properties I wanted to buy at a very competitive rate especially in this day and age. He works hard and is very quick in his replies and keeps an eye out for us to different rates. When changing products, never charged us any fees although every other broker did charge us before him. He is brilliant ands loves his work and finds us the best products that is suitable for what we require and what we can afford. Absolutely recommended eyes closed. I am a professional in my work and have won awards, and like people that are perfectionists in their work. Adel is definitely one of these people. I will post later with proof of work with Adel.

I have just seen a bad review below. I believe this is fake. Any person who wants to charge a product can either fix the product themselves with the bank, or can go and find another broker. It just doesn't make sense for someone who did a mortgage 5 years ago to come and complain 5 years later especially with the fact that 5 years ago the rates before covid were completely different. This is either a hater or another broker. Even if sharing bank details, you can write anything you want on Google. Anyone can write a review.

Anyone that works with Adel, he can give you the options that will make your mortgage easy and the right rate for you, and you have a choice. No one can force you to go with any broker. You can tell this is a hater. The fact that he put up the bank details on Google, this just proves that they are a waste of space and time. Unfortunately you do get people like this.

When I first met Adel 5 years ago, he referred me to LendInvest services. He told me that they had the best interest rates in the market, and he recommended a 5 year fix rate. And now that my 5 years is over, I was looking to extend my term and I realised that they are not the cheapest in market and have been taking high interest rates. I have contacted Adel and he didn't want to go through any other option. The reason for this is beacsue he would not make any commission out of them, which he made previously when he referred me to LendInvest. I wouldn't recommend this broker as he is only looking for commissions and benefits from LendInvest and others at the customer's expense.
