I paid for mobile phone insurance and when I came to make a claim they ducked and dived, ignored my emails, and made me jump through hoops even Apple couldn’t understand!!!
This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. After three months of fighting to no avail, I got my phone repaired, privately, at my own expense!!!
I even had to threaten with the financial ombudsman to get a response!!!
I can only assume the positive feedback below are due to not having had to make a claim! Good luck when they need to! An insurance company is only as good as when they pay out!
Avoid at all costs!

Having received from Swintons my car renewal, a dramatic increase on last years premium I spoke with them about the increase but was told that was price and that was that, I rang around for other quotations which were much cheaper by as much as £80 it was then I drove to A19 motor insurance yesterday morning and was given a warm friendly greetings and after ten minutes or so was given a quote which was around £85 cheaper and covered everything my previous company provide, what a contrast between the two! recommend them you bet I would
