I've used Abacus Insurance for landlord's insurance for nearly fourteen years. They dutifully remind you when the policy is up for renewal and then scour the market to find a competitive renewal price, I often find myself surprised to learn the price has actually gone down, not up. Family businesses are becoming a rare commodity these days and finding a good one even rarer. Forget price comparison websites and give these guys a call, they really know their stuff.
