I recently had the pleasure of Cheryl handling my mortgage application process. She was very kind and understanding of my stupid questions (first time buyer), and was never more than a phone call away if I had any issues.

Before we started working with Cheryl we were a bit daunted by the prospect of buying our first house, however she made the entire process easy and straightforward from the very first meeting. Extremley prompt and communicative, she was able to answer all of our questions, put us at ease and helped guide us through every step of buying our first home.

She found us the best mortage for our circumstances and truly went above and beyond her role as a mortgage broker replying to emails out of working hours, making offers and dealing with estate agents on our behalf, negotiating prices for us, sourcing insurance quotes for us, handling contractors for work on the property, putting us in touch with utility providers and even responding to us when she was on holiday!

And much of the work Cheryl did for us happened after she had already recieved her fee. Now the purchase has been completed, we honestly don't know how we would have coped without Cheryl. We'd recommend her services to anyone.

I would highly recommend Abbey House mortgages for support, help and guidance on anything to do with new mortgages, remortgage or changes to fixed rates. Professional and very knowledgeable in this complicated field! I needed help when fixed rate came to an end and Cheryl researched, talked me through the mind field of options that are available. Found the rate that worked for me at first but it didn’t end there. She was constantly checking as the rates changed this last 6 months to make sure right up to the last minute that I had the perfect deal for me.
