My name is Paul sutton I was with academy insurance for years and years .last year I had to get a new car because mine had broken down so had one on hp.i rang academy insurance to change my insurance over only to be told the insurance I was with would not insure my model car? So I had tobleave academy to fund one that would after years of being with academy anyway they said i would be charged 154 pounds for leaving I said its not my fault you won't insure my new car ? And I had been with you for years of loyalty and now you want me to pay 153 pounds because you won't insure me.anyway I've just had a court letter to the sum of 153pounds .I'm shocked what an awful company years of loyalty they won't or couldn't change my insurance over then fine me and take me to court we'll I'm fighting them I have never been court but they are robdogs

Not as good this time was offered a re quote for goods in transit and asked if we wanted to renew. Yes I said. A few days later I went to submit the documents and they were not there. Near to closing time I rang to get ready with the renewed docs for the nex t working day. They had not gone back to the insurance company and renewed as discussed. It was closing time. We renewed straight away over the phone elsewhere. Of course it cost even more but after all these years we were forced to move on.

When I sold my vehicle and cancelled my policy they demanded/ threatens me in paying the remaining interest on the policy.
