George and his team are awesome and really want to help! I was told that I had damage to my roof by a “roofer” which I was quoted $1900.00 to repair. I had a 2nd assessment done by George and his team which concluded that I did not have damage to that extent. George is myself and my family’s go to for household claims. Our experience each time has been awesome!

very unprofessional and dishonest. horrible customer service and horrible relationship with the insurance companies - i wish had had known this before choosing him. I wish someone would have warned me about George Pagano earlier.

I deleted my original review of your company, because it wasn't worth it. And once again a unprofessional response and DEFENSIVE excuse from you for your company services towards a review. Your defensive responses shows a lot about integrity and professionalism. As far as second hand I contacted your company the day I filed my claim. Mr.Pagano Communications skills and keeping clients updated is below acceptable standards. Secretary Lakenda was very helpful btw. Dropping your representation by email and not showing up for last inspection actually helped me in the end. Thanks for dropping representation, it was actually beneficial. Even though it was never communicated verbally. I would have not sent you a text or called office 2 days ago if so! Good luck to you and your company in all future endeavors.
