I was involved in a car accident back in April 2022 when the other driver went through a red light and crashed into the side of us. I had a phone call from Action 365 on Friday 19th April that I can accept the claim pay out that day, which I did as it took almost 2 years to get something out of them. On Wednesday 24th April, I emailed to ask for an update and was told on Tuesday 23rd April that the payout got authorised by a manger and I should have the money shortly. Forward to Thursday 2nd May I still have no money and I can't get in contact with anyone about this pay out! Awful company and I will advise anyone not to use them!
I have also been advised, if the company don’t make payment by tomorrow (Friday 3rd May) I will have to take them to court.
I honestly don’t understand how this company is still standing after every single review I’ve pretty much have seen are 1*

After i read the reviews I was very worried I ill be in for a disappointment but I had the best and the most smooth experience!
My car was collected day after i started the claim and a week later I had a person calling me to discuss the payout. I got the money in my account a bit more than a week after that.
Never was very long on the phone line really. I called twice to check on the progress and was updated. All staff were friendly and professional.
I think its all down to the fact that when people have good experiences they forget to give reviews but when experience isn’t best they straight run online.

Do not use, you don't know where you stand with these. I got hit by third party and these have told my insurance that I hit the third party, I was turning right on a roundabout and third party hit me even though I had right of way. The statement was wrong. Nearly a year later and not told me anything just noticed insurance policy was wrong. Don't fall for these scammers.... Well 3 years later still waitmg and paying the price. Have proof third party hit me and took liability not even a month later, I also should have 7 years ncb but because of these scammers I'm still being told its 3 now my 4th year insurance is being effected due to these lot

Very unprofessional. Car damaged in January. In February salvage agent takes my car. Salvage agent taking weeks to evaluate my car while I am without any vehicle. Mechanic who evaluated my damaged electric car for repair was not an electric car specialist at all, wrote a report it was repairable even though they did no electrical testing to components of the car which was water damaged. Their storage agent where can was tested dented and scratched my car, additional stress to get compensated for that. They said car is repairable.
Waited 2.5 months for their call for the car to be repaired by them. Nobody got to me. No courtesy car either. Waiting for months without their help.
Placed a Complaint, no response for 8 weeks. For months of wasting my time got £200 offer for a delay. Absolute joke. Incompetence on every corner. Takes at least 1 hour to get to them by phone, and then wait longer for them to do anything for you. Stay away. I will be cancelling this claim and doing repair myself, no point to have an insurance like that. Next stop will be ombudsman service.

Do not use this company. My van was broken into in February and I am today calling them for the 15th time. You’re on hold for an hour, told a manager isn’t available, case handlers are unavailable and told someone will call you back. I’ve never had a call back. Not 1 since February.
They’ve had independent assessments of my vehicle. Passed. They’ve had garages approved l. They’ve got a third party case handler (Sean, great guy) email them 5 times chasing an OK to proceed email now for 15 weeks. Not once has he been responded to. This company is a joke. Avoid it like the plague. Even if it’s the cheapest option by some way. It’s not worth it. Sam, you should be ashamed of the money grabbing organisation you have created. However I bet you give zero ^**#s. It really shows

This company should be called no action for 365 days ltd;

Do not entertain buying a policy from this company!!!!

staff are rude, untrained, careless, emails and communications will not be answered till they reach a 60 day deadline. Claim will go on forever even after my policy is ended in the same time I bought a mortgage and paid it off fact. I’m still chasing up on my claim payment to be settled they which by the way had been settled by 3rd party company months ago. they are a micky mouse company your better off without this companies’ services.

What this company done during the claim made no sense whatsoever as they put me at fault when 3rd part accepted the liability for hitting me in rear end but, action 365 said I hit 3rd party. Absolute nonsense.

Furthermore, my accident happened November 2022 the 3rd party confirmed paying out on April 2023 to MGA / Action 365 and they yet keep telling me that they haven’t received the payment to forward on to me.

I would also like to high light the fact that I’m a van driver and these guys said I’ll have to wait for over 2 months to get a courtesy van.

whatever you do spend a little more money and go for a reputable insurance company not this group of thieves and fraudsters.

FYI im still having to make 2-3 hour phone calls to chase them up and get things done.

Terrible company, they don’t reply to any emails. However they like to send you lots of emails, threatening to cancel policy without any reason. Oh and with the box they provide you , you are only allowed to drive when it’s light outside. So during winter months, that would be between 9 am and 4pm. Of course that’s not explained in the policy. They Increased my premiums without any explanation. I had to go through financial ombudsman to get my money back , if I could give 0 stars I would.
