We had a flood from our upstair bathroom that caused a lot of damage to our home. We didn’t know where to start ! Our assessor advised us that he would bring in a people who were experts in this situation. Within hours Joanne arrived at our home and with her calm professional manner she put us at ease straight away. Once the property had dried out enough the work began, each trades man arrived on the dot and carried out the job to a very high standard. One gentleman went over and above by realigning 2 appliances in our kitchen that had nothing to do with the flood.
