After going to 3 other places with no joy, to try and find Danfoss replacement thermostats, this place was suggested. They were very helpful and we got what was required. After getting home found out they 21% cheaper than Amazon. Thanks you.

I can't recommend this company enough. Design is everything on a room you use so frequently. Alex came up with a great design and some great ideas which are working so well for us. The delivery was easy to arrange, and change. Any issues quickly resolved. Alex also priced matched a well know on line bathroom supplier, and where he couldn't he was honest. What was also nice was they also worked with your budget, no judgement. It made it so effortless.

Having just walked out of yet another merchants feeling like unless your in their everyday and a regular help is very difficult to get without feeling awkward I was advised to try Active plumbing.
Martyn was so helpful and although plumbing is not my speciality he was able to put my mind at rest, and also had exactly what I wanted in stock!
I left there feeling very welcome and ready to proceed with my work .
While about to load my pipework on top of my van he then offered to deliver the pipework as they were heading out with another delivery......I don't expect this service every time but what a refreshing difference!! Thank you and see you again very soon!

Fantastic service. Nowadays it's hard to find trading suppliers with decent customer service, but on our first purchase at Active Plumbing, they even offered to take some of the pipe to our house which was super useful. Couldnt recommend enough!

Hidden away slightly in Trowbridge is this great plumbing supplies business. It has a large marvellous bathroom showroom, showing many different manufacturers offerings covering baths, basins, showers, furniture, wall panels, taps, flooring, etc, The staff know the whole plumbing, bathroom business inside out and are very good at sourcing the items normally hard to find. I had already found an installer who referred me to APS. They did a fantastic design process leaving us largely to choose colours. And both they and the installer worked so well together. Very highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Active Plumbing Supplies. AJ gave us great advice and we chose products that we are really happy with. Our new bathroom looks fantastic. When our installer let us down, Active Plumbing stored our order for months until we were able to book in a new installer (who they were kind enough to introduce us to.) I would highly recommend Active Plumbing and Marc White to install your bathroom.

My mum has just had a beautiful new bathroom fitted that was supplied by Active Plumbing Trowbridge. From the initial survey visit through to the delivery nothing was too much trouble. Their interior designer Maddie was very helpful and was happy to make a few suggestions and alterations along the way. We would absolutely recommend their services. RML Plumbing and Heating in Frome did the fitting, with Ryan and his dad giving excellent service too.
