The Adjust Right team were absolute life savers helping us with our home insurance claim for a flood that affected our entire downstairs. We were extremely overwhelmed with navigating the insurance claims process, and were taken advantage of instantly by our insurance company. Rick put an immediate stop to the predatory behavior we were experiencing and took over the entire process. It brought us such relief to know Rick and the team were handling this as it should be handled. They were able to obtain for us a wonderful amount of compensation. If you have to navigate a home owners insurance claim, I could not recommend Rick and the Adjust Right team more.

These guys are a joke. extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Mark. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

From the very beginning, their lack of professionalism and responsiveness was evident. It seemed as though my case was not a priority for them, and I was left waiting for days, if not weeks, for a simple acknowledgment of my concerns.

Furthermore, the communication was abysmal. I constantly had to chase them for updates on my claim, and even then, the information provided was vague and insufficient. It was evident that they lacked attention to detail and failed to understand the specifics of my case.

To add insult to injury, the level of expertise displayed by their team was severely lacking. They seemed ill-prepared and ill-equipped to handle my claim effectively. Their understanding of the process was questionable, resulting in numerous mistakes and delays.

Despite my efforts to provide them with all the necessary documentation and information, they failed to advocate for my best interests. They seemed more interested in closing cases as quickly as possible rather than fighting for fair and just settlements for their clients.

Definitely I don't recommend!
