I highly recommend the services of Adjusters International, whose expertise proved extremely valuable following a fire incident in our home. While the fire was contained relatively quickly, the resulting smoke damage was extensive enough to significantly impact on our home.

Our insurance company only acknowledged the areas directly affected by the fire and did not recognize the full extent of the smoke damage. The findings of the hygienist's report aligned with Justin’s initial predictions, revealing that a majority of our home had suffered smoke damage.

The final settlement amount was over $738,000 more than the initial offer. This increase in funds enabled us to undertake the necessary repairs and restoration without having to come out of pocket.

I hired Matrix - Public Adjusters to help with a house fire back in 2010. Matrix put me through living hell. I ended up hiring an attorney to help settle their bill as they were trying to extort me for far more money (approximately $7000.00) than what they agreed to or what they earned. They tried to hold my personal items until I paid their outrageous bill. Matrix looks for where the money is going to come from (i.e., insurance), and according to my attorney, over promises and under performs. They try to see how much they can soak out of people.
