To whom it may concern

I write in regards to the manner which Damian Hewitt has delta with me and my family from the onset of my claim, it was devastating to return home to find my house leaking severely after a burst Flexi pipe. It was brought to the attention of my insurance company who instructed yourselves Adjusting Associates Plc to take care of the claim on their behalf and my file was then passed over to Damian Hewitt to deal with.

I thought it would be a total nightmare from start to finish after reading up about lost adjusters and the way they deal with clients, to my surprise my dealings with your company was almost stress free there were some hiccups along the way which accrued during the xmas period and there was a stage that I thought me and my family would be homeless to my surprise Damian was reassuring that despite there was concerns about if cover was in place he made it totally clear that my family and I would not be left homeless just like that.

I was disappointed with some of the aspects of open property and how they dealt with me, there was a major communication issues between myself and them which was immediately brought to the attention of Damian who forwarded my concern directly to Ryan Direct Group who acted upon it accordingly and to my surprise Ryan Direct Group agreed with the points raised and issued a £100 compensation for the delay occurred, compensation was never the purpose of me raising my dissatisfaction with them but for them to filter my concerns back within there company so it dose not take places to others.

I would like to sincerely thank Damian Hewitt for the time he has spent back and forth and the endless telephone calls he has had to make to put everything into place for the works to commences, the professional manner Damian has gone about it from the very onset has been second to none and I say a big thank you to him and the company.

It has been brought to Damian attention that works to the property will commences on Monday 6th February 2017 and should hopefully be completed within 4-5 weeks, I will keep Damian up to date weekly on the progress off works being carried out.

I would like to state for the record there has never been a time where I have phoned Damian and he's not been available, whenever a message is left my call have always been returned within the hour the same applies with emails this clearly demonstrates to me the high customer service level offered by Adjusting Associates and Damian Hewitt.

May I take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who have contributed getting things moving forward and also the young lady at Ryan Direct Group who made contact with me once Damian forwarded my email across she conducted herself to a very professional manner.

Appalling services. Mishandled my claim and incurred me costs then tried to hide behind the insurer

Amazingly refused to provide me legal address foe court claim and further refusing to comply with gdpr and dara protection laws.

Absolutely hopeless,wasted 4months with them,no correspondence off them,they would email saying we will ring tomorrow,then don't,I've gone to another company & within 24hrs,I've had email,phonecall,& a site visit booked in for 5days time ,avoid at all costs
