If I could leave a lower review I would. Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend them. I should’ve seen the red flags. They quoted me one price early on, and then about 6 months later when I said I was finally able to move forward and ready to get started, they jacked up the price by over $2k which just so happened to eat up almost all of what insurance was providing to put towards the roof. The first rep who quoted me said they would price match if it was same brand shingles used, then second person who came out when I was ready said the first guy lied, he doesn’t work for the company anymore, and they won’t match. I had found a company who would do it for about $2k less. Adjustpro had my insurance money though so I felt stuck with going with them. The second rep also pushed very hard to get me to buy solar and when I repeatedly told him I wasn’t interested he finally gave up and then gave me an attitude the rest of our interaction. Moving ahead to actual roof replacement, it was an even worse experience. The roofers caused holes to be made inside on my ceiling which Adjustpro refused to fix. The roofers broke multiple sprinkler heads in my backyard, which again was not fixed or replaced. And to top it off, they left me without air conditioning all weekend when it was 90+ degrees outside because they lost a part for the AC when they shut it down while working on the roof. No compensation or reparations for that either. Complained about all of it to multiple people and they stopped responding, and one who said they would take the complaint back to see what could be done never followed back up. I’ve also attempted to email them to try to get a copy of my detailed invoice to provide to my insurance company, and they won’t respond to my email. Now, not even a year later, my ceiling has water damage after a recent storm and part of the ceiling is breaking apart and falling to the ground. How is that even possible if the roof was installed correctly This company has done absolutely nothing up to this point to show that they care about their customers and the service they receive. Very strongly considering reporting them to the BBB.

***See BBB better business bureau complaints before hiring this company. Stay far away from this company signed contract since Oct -2023 they have 10k and have not done anything what are you waiting for ?! Have received nothing but runaround have been doing more than what I need to be doing as a customer meaning me calling them instead of them calling me. It’s like they’re asking one hand for permission for the other one to move. Don’t understand. They are just the middle people the roof is done by someone else. Eliminate the middle man.

Update :5/7/2024
I have called I have been waiting for a call back that has yet to come for the last 3 weeks. Also waiting on an email for the last 4-5 weeks that’s has been signed already but since so much time has past you don’t want to use it and want it signed again to “start”. Wasted my lunch on hold with them trying to “figure it out” 30 min promised to get an email by the end of day. End of day and nothing

Update :7/9/2024

Nothing has been done still waiting no money has been destined my roof has not been fixed have been calling text and no response. They have all the money from the insurance and deposit and nothing stay away from this company and Nerd Power.

Final update:
Had to reach out to the BBB and filed a complaint that is how I was finally able to get the owner to call me and actually do the job after almost 8mths and still did not fix what we needed. The rain still comes in the house. They paid a sub contractor 5k to do the job what happened to the other 5k. They tried to get more money out of us I just wanted the off my parents property.

My husband and I contracted this company for a roof replacement project in December 2023. The insurance company issued payment around February or March. Despite numerous attempts to obtain updates on the project's progress, we faced significant delays and lack of communication for several months. However, once the owner saw my initial review, he promptly intervened, and the project was completed. I appreciate his assistance in getting things moving and ensuring the roof was finished. While I'm still upset about how long it took and the poor communication throughout the process, I am relieved that the job is finally done and for his assistances.Thank you, Adjust Pro (owner sir) for addressing our concerns and completing the project. I hope future customers will have a smoother experience from the start.

These guys came to my home door-to-door saying that they could help replace my roof that had old style shingles on it. They said they would be able to process it through my insurance with no problem. After months of trying to process it without avail, they came to my home to pull off a shingle as a sample. That also sat outside for months without any interaction from them, and when I called, they said they would get on it. The shingles sat outside for another few months, the shingle has since blown away in the wind, I have a missing shingle on my roof, and they have not contacted me in any way shape or form since February

Consumers beware!! This is a horrible company to do business with! They came to my home about my roof. Started the process in March. After mid June they stopped communicating with me and come to find out they have already received payment from my insurance. Me and my wife have tried reaching out to them and no one seems to return our calls or give us straight answers regarding our claim. I plan on reporting this company to the BBB!

I want to start by saying that my roof looks great, and the gentlemen that replaced it were hard working and professional.

The process to get to the roof replacement was a headache. I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but they have a huge issue with communication. First, I was completely ghosted when the insurance money finally came through. I tried texting, emailing, and calling. Nothing. I thought I got scammed and they kept the money. The only way I was able to get someone to contact me was by leaving a 1 star review.

After everything was finally set up and scheduled, a truck came to my house at 6 AM without ANY prior notice to drop off some roofing material a few days before the schedule date. They backed into my mailbox and dented/bent it. They didn't tell me and just left. I contacted them in a calm manner to make sure they were going to replace it, which they agreed they would. It has been over a month, and no one has done anything or even reached out to me about it. Roof looks great, but hopefully no one else has the same issues that I had. I'm a calm person with a lot of patience, but these guys took advantage of it.

Here's what should have happened:You call a roofing company because there's been damage to your roof during a monsoon. They let you know that if you want to go with their roofing company, an added perk is that you can have AdjustPro (AP) help negotiate with your insurance company, like an attorney, but for insurance. AP might be able to help you get more from your insurance company, plus they'll deal with all the back-and-forth. Best of all, there's no fee for using AP, as long as you stick with this roofing company. It's win-win-win: you get free help negotiating with insurance and maybe more money; the roofing company has convinced you to use their business, and AP gets a cut of what the roofer would charge you and your insurance company anyway. (If you withdraw representation with AP before the roof is finished by this roofing company, you'll lose 30% of the insurance payout due to a cancellation fee.)Here's what actually happened:A friendly, chatty fellow from NeRD Restoration came to our door, noticing the damage to our roof after a monsoon. He talked to us for 45 minutes, and said he was here to put us in touch with AdjustPro, a public adjusting company working to help people not get taken advantage of by insurance companies. He could probably get us a new roof, he said. And it's totally free, with no money coming out of our pocket. What we didn't know was that he was from a solar company, because the word solar never came out of his mouth. We told him that we already had a roofer in mind, one who we'd already build a relationship with. He paused for only a moment: totally fine! he assured us. You can use your own roofer and still use AP.We called AP to ask if was truly OK for us to use our own roofer, not one of their "preferred partners." We were told that we could of course use our own roofing company, no problem. So, we had AP come over, examine the roof, and help us negotiate with the insurance company. We found out that our roof was "totaled" - we'd need a new roof, and insurance would pay for it. (Because the damage was so bad, the insurance company almost certainly came to this conclusion even without AP's powers of negotiation.)Several days later, AP was to send a representative to our door to chat with us about the insurance payout and how much we'd get to use toward our new roof. Lo and behold, however, a new NeRD representative shows up at our door. So we went inside to our living room, where we finally found out that NeRD was a solar/roofing company. She carefully laid out her sales pitch, rolling in our small insurance payout, with me responding at all the right times things like: "Well that's a lot, we might need financing," and "Honey, can we listen to her pitch about solar?" and "Wait, wait, show me the upgraded roofing materials." It wasn't until she finally, after a 1.5 hour wait, wrote the cost secretively on a small piece of paper: about $200-300 per month, written as if it was part of our energy bill, for 25 years. AFTER the government tax break, assuming we were able to take advantage of it. I was appalled, but still did the math: that's $60,000-$90,000, after tax break. Needless to say, we felt like fools. But I'm getting off-track. This is about AP. We withdrew representation, as it's called, and lost 30% of our insurance payout to their cancellation fee. I ended up speaking to the owner — he was nice and finally able to explain how things are supposed to work. He said there had been some changes with this "preferred partner" recently, and the chips were still settling. Yet I'm left unsure of how to feel about AdjustPro. Was this company truly well-intentioned? If so, why didn't they explain that it would be foolish to engage them if we were going to withdraw representation later? And must they continue to partner with scammy companies like NeRD in order to survive? On the other hand, if MY roofer happened to be a preferred partner, and had referred me to AP for a little extra help, things might have gone swimmingly. I don't know. But now I'm more informed. And hopefully you are, too.
