I have recently taken the 10 day IOSH Level 3 course with ADL Health and Safety. Tony was a great instructor with an obvious passion for what he was delivering, this coupled with his depth of knowledge and lived experience from a varied career with the Fire and Rescue service, makes Tony the perfect person to bring out the best in all the students.
The course was easy to follow and interactive between students and tutor, making the content to be discussed and views and opinions shared from different backgrounds and industries.
The after care between the course ending and sitting the exams was excellent with revision materials made available by Tony to maintain our knowledge. An excellent course from a professional company led by a professional.

I have to say this course was absolutely amazing. Excellent value for money , amazing delivery from Tony and lunch provided every day. The information given each day was very informative, and everything I had worries about or things I was unsure about , Tony explained and sent more information if needed. Nothing was a problem. Tony at ADL Health and Safety was absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone wanting a qualification in H&S Tony is guy.

I attended the IOSH Level 3 course in-person at the Merseyside FRS TDA in January 2025. The course was well structured and paced, and I appreciated the focus on ensuring plenty of time for exercises and scenarios practice and revision.

Tony was an excellent course lead, knowledgeable, funny and very supportive, had some great anecdotes to support the learning materials and was always happy to help even outside the course times.

The Facilities at the New Fire Service Training Academy were excellent, and the size of the course (up to a dozen) felt perfect - enough people to have a multitude of viewpoints and perspectives, but small enough to get to know everyone and receive individual support/advice where required.

Tony's style and manner were perfect for learning. The content of the course was at a beginner/intermediate level which is better for those at the beginning of their learning experience rather than more experienced fire safety officers. In my opinion.

Thoroughly enjoyed the L3 IOSH course delivered by Tony at ADL. Having already completed the L2 IOSH Managing Safely, I thought this was a great step up, focussing on putting the knowledge learned into practise. Would recommend this course for any Managers who have the requirement of managing H&S or any person who is looking to pursue a career in H&S.
