Claudia was very clear and pleasant on the phone; I was able to get what I wanted with the minimum of fuss. Everything then went ahead smoothly in terms of the paperwork. I could not believe the price of the policy ( I went for legal cover only, not rent cover).
You receive an outline of the policy immediately and must download the actual policy document with the full T's and C's using the link on that document. This was probably made clear to me on the conversation, but I don't remember it!

Becareful to read your quote and your actual policy word for word, our quote says we would be entitled to a 60% refund, the policy says 40%, on cancellation, my fault I should have checked.
Also make sure you are fully aware that you understand the cancellation terms, at no point were we told, that the refund we would be entitled to would get reduced by over 50%, if we did not take out a new policy with them. So he was expecting a refund of around £128, based on the quote of 60% and he is only getting £36.73.
This is very poor and just shows they do not have young people in mind, when asked if we wanted a new policy with them, no they are far more expensive than other companies, and by far I mean several hundreds £££.

Very helpful and no hassles with my slightly modified van. However the online side of things is a bit of a headache. And the computer systems are slow to update leaving you with emails that are demanding things you've already done and threatening to remove your cover. Which leaves you having to make more phone calls to them just to find out everything is up to date. Wasted my time and gave me stress.

Spoke with a couple of different advisors and they were very good, and it was easy to get in touch you just put your number on the website and they call you straight back. I didn’t like the quite pushy selling of wheel cover, legal cover, breakdown cover etc which they tried to add on at the end but overall a competitive quote and simple to take out the insurance. I guess we’ll know how good they really are in the event ( hopefully not) of a claim, but so far so good

A lot easier than i suspected and the price were only 15 pounds more than last year,i tried going on to comparison sites and found they are a waste of time ,you have to wait for them to answer and they come back with figurs that are 3-4 times more than your quote was
