Very disappointing experience. I have had a shared classic car insured with these brokers for 15 years. We needed to change names on the policy, which was eventually issued as a new policy. I was told by the agent we could transfer our long no claims bonus. After taking out the policy on this advice I was then contacted to say the no claims bonus was not applicable and the cost would nearly double. I was then charged £60 to cancel the policy although it was sold to me on false pretences. I found a cheaper policy elsewhere. Avoid.

They were okay in year one, but then at renewal said that every one of their insurers insist I fit an immobiliser. They'd happily put me through to "their security provider" who'd happily fit one for £450. I felt cheated and this felt like just a new way of squeezing money from its customers.

DO NOT USE! if you are planning to sell or change cars, the extras are a total rip off! Just had to cough up 524£ for a policy that totalled less than a month of use, that cost 948£ for the year?‍♂️50+% for 1/12 of the year, daylight robbery! READ THE TERMS VERY CAREFULLY!

Just had a look at their newest reviews looks like they have gone down hill and may not be around for long, would advise to insure elsewhere?

Sorry ! One star!
Was left hanging for nearly two hours in the phone listening to how great they are and how competitive their prices are.
Also during this time I was cut off their end !
During the painful process of being passed around so many departments it was discovered that the final person I spoke to couldn’t even deal with my query’s.
Not at one point did I feel supported and valued as a business customer .
We are up for renewal in June and I can definitely say we won’t be using their services.
Think carefully before jumping in guys !!!

To start to get insurance may be great when it comes to make changes or cancel the insurance because you sold you old car or whatever reason! Good luck. They will have you!!! They like to keep you on the line for a very long time, I will not be surprised if that comes out to be a premium number too, I will never ever buy anything from this company again.

After buying my new Ducati I am absolutely appalled by the service and apparent 'money grabbing' offered by Ducati Insurance (managed by this business). I can only hope that Ducati find a broker that matches their brand. I cant imagine the process if you ever had to claim.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! i have just had my policy cancelled after 9 days of being on it. i paid £333 for the first payment which i saved up 2 months worth of money to get. i am an 18 year old girl who works part time, they offered to change my insurance and pay £450 a month which i definitely can not afford. all they can refund me is £60 out of £333! this company is disgusting and no one should have to put up with this! they sent me messages everyday threatening to cancel my insurance so i cancelled it myself. In their policy they gave to me, it said if i want to cancel my insurance within 14 days i would get a full refund but they’re liars hence why im only getting a £60 refund. DISGUSTING company.

Waited on hold for almost an hour. Then just got cut off because it was 5.30pm. Ridiculous. You clearly need more staff and your automated messages should pre-warn of a cut-off time. Will you pay me an 'admin fee' now?
