I insured my van with them & then cancelled 2 days later as I sold my vehicle. Firstly, they tried to charge me £150+ pounds more than they should have. When I challenged the amount, the person I spoke with said "Sorry, its the blind leading the blind in here today".
They then told me it would take 4 weeks for my refund. I find this ridiculous as they can take the payment instantly.
4 weeks have passed and still no sign of my refund. Looks like I'll have to waste more time chasing them up.

It is nice to be able to ask questions and deal with a person not a website. They are just over the road from the free coop car park in the town centre, so easy to get to.
