Went to Advantage Mobility for a scooter for my wife. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy, no hard sell - couldn't have been more helpful. My wife got to try out the scooter in store, we were so impressed we ordered there and then and the scooter was delivered free of charge later that day. Cannot recommend highly enough, good old fashioned service like it used to be. We are delighted with the scooter - many thanks !

It was really difficult to admit to myself that I needed extra help, so it was a great surprise to me that I had such a positive experience here. Grant was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and he tried his very best to get me exactly what I needed without making me feel 'othered'. I came away with a scooter that fits my needs perfectly, and feeling really excited to be able to be independent again. I would highly recommend this store, and all the staff to anyone who is struggling with their mobility.

Called for my wheelchair to be service and thank goodness I did. The battery was too small for the charging cable and the battery started leaking. They called me and told me it needed changing and they didn’t do it until I gave the go ahead, was great and they told me the price before hand.
The collection and delivery was a great help. I’ll be back again for a wheelchair service again next year.

The most helpful, genuine and trustworthy place I've been to regarding mobility products. Never pushy and always gives you the best information and advice. I've had an older scooter serviced here and bought a newer 2nd hand scooter. Wouldn't go anywhere else, cannot recommend enough.

I took my Mum today for a rollator. We wanted something not too heavy, easily foldable, good for rough terrain, a good height so my Mum did not have too stoop and something that move elegantly like a Silver Cross pram. We had excellent service from Glen, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and we were able to have a demo of all rollators. He showed us how to increase height, how to put brakes on, how to fold, all the advantages and disadvantages, nothing was too much trouble. We actually looked at most of the shops stock. By the end of the consultation we were able to make an informed choice and make a purchase that we were very happy with. We were very impressed by Glen's knowledge and we will no doubt be back as we also noted the good choice of rising chairs and other aids.
