Julien has been FANTASTIC from start to finish. As a first time buyer I often had millions of questions, concern and was often confused at times of which Julien was always helpful to explain the mortgage aspects and house viewing process in detail as well as advise on what's best in relation to my need in supportive way. I can honestly say his efforts with dealing with my mortgage was exceptional as the communication and managing the progress of my application was consistent. I cant recommend him enough!

Full 5 stars from me! Julien was fantastic. Extremely helpful with great advice at every turn. Buying my property and getting a mortgage was far from simple at the time but Julien made this process as easy as possible with his advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he always took the time to answer any questions I had in detail. Even when he was on leave during this time he made sure things were sorted for me through other members of his team. Everything was dealt with promptly which helped so much. He also helped me to secure a great mortgage at the time which was difficult to get and much better than other offers I was shown by other mortgage advisors before Julien was recommended. We have recently bought our first house and Julien has been there every step of the way to support, advise and to explain terminologies and processes where was needed!

He is thoroughly professional, proactive and courteous. The whole process was carried out remotely and even though that may have felt even more daunting, Julien was able to put us at ease and talk us through each subject with expertise and good advice.

Not only did Julien broker our mortgage, but Julien also supported on various insurance policies, which may have felt like another thing to do, but Julien was great at keeping us informed at each stage.

On such a life changing adventure, Julien was a breath of fresh air, and we certainly wouldn't have made it though so smoothly without him.
