I worked with Frank and couldn’t have been happier! He talked me through every situation and possibly throughout my claim process. He wasn’t satisfied until we got the best results necessary for my issue. I will recommend him to everyone!

It became very clear that my insurance company of over 30 years had a strategy to defeat me. They wanted to not pay, discourage me and make me go away. So disappointing. We experienced very significant weather damage of six figures. Their adjuster came by and validated everything. No disagreements. The insurance company sent a check for less than 10% of legitimize quotes to repair. They then closed the claim.

Luckily I contacted Frank. He is an expert that knows the business. The claim was re-opened and he drove an onsite review with the insurance company. He spent one whole day on this and drove 500 miles to make this happen. Still they were uncooperative.

Finally Frank went to an umpire with our claim and won for us. Amazing commitment and successful result. They were slow to pay. He pressed them for payment and got it. Frank never gave up. Spectacular. Need I say more?

We had a significant challenge with our insurance company related to water damage from a frozen pipe in January 2022. After months of back and forth where insurance was only willing to pay less than 40% of the claim we contacted Frank at ACS. immediately Frank came over and explained the process and got to work. A few months later all our work is complete - 100% of all costs for repair and new furniture was paid. Frank handled our claim. He was extremely professional and lead us in the right direction. He came out with his team as needed to meet with the insurance company and do everything he could to make sure we were being treated right. We had a house fire due to an poor electrical outlet. We couldn’t live there after fire. Frank was nice enough to help us find housing. The house was in the same area we lived in so it was convenient with taking the kids to school and still close to my husband’s work. Frank was able to maximize our claim to well over anything we imagined the insurance company would offer us. This company is honest and professional! Easy to work with! We used Advocate Claims Services for our home. Couldn’t have made a better choice, Frank was very knowledgeable on the laws around insurance claims… which in result, covered way more than what the initial insurance adjuster wrote up. Definitely worth hiring if you have any claims on your house or business.

Called to try and get a consultation on a case I had only to get talked over and get told "I was going in circles" when he refused to listen to me. Didn't give it the time of day to listen or look over a single factual piece. Why are you in business if you don't want to take on work? You can't say there isn't enough meat on a bone before looking into it. Thanks for wasting my time.
