Ashley is one in a million, actually, one in a trillion million! She kindly fitted me in at very short notice to help me out with this year's tax return as I was struggling with it - a lot! She made it all seem less scary by taking the pressure off me, and it turns out I am actually due a tax rebate, which is totally unexpected!
