Having worked with Tim, Paul, Ed and Andrew at Agility in Mind for around 9 months now, I feel they have added enormous value to our business through the depth of knowledge and experience within Agile, coupled with the coaching and helping to guide us through scaling Agile. Without their support, enthusiasm and tenacity we would not have evolved at the pace we have.

Agility in Mind is one of those companies that focuses on practicality with agile/ lean implementations with their customers and telling them how it is. It is then up to their customers whether they wish to go ahead and make the changes, but at least they are working from the point of truth. That was our experience within the BBC whilst working with the Agility in Mind. They made huge contributions to helping us improve on our agile/ lean practices within several teams across Future Media in the BBC. Highly recommended to at least bring such experts to assist with looking for where waste is being incurred, blockages and bottle necks to making improvements, as their practical approach will guarantee identification how improvements can be made. It is then up to the brave ones who wish to go ahead and take the risk and try.
