Insured my car for a year with no problems, but renewal process was much more complicated and time consuming than I’ve ever experienced in 25 years of insurance.

Absolutely atrocious service. Iv been with this company for 3 years and as per usual i was awaiting my renewal quote to come through. I phoned them only to be told we'll go away & 'crunch'the numbers and get back to you. That call never came and so i phoned again a couple of days later..... same thing again, we're still 'crunching' numbers . At this point we were 4 days before the renewal was up and they told me the same once again & the same the day before renewal. This company have left me high & dry with no insurance , failing to bother to tell me that their lender may not now be accepting commercial vehicles ..... they told me this THE DAY before!!!!! . No apology, nothing except being told to go on "go compare ".... which doesnt work for my type of commercial vehicle. Absolutely unbelievable! Terrible customer service. Definitely DO NOT recommend . I wish id read their reviews before going with this company as it seems they have alot of unhappy X customers. Fancy treating current clients that way

Do not trust - AVOID!
Got a renewal quote from them about 3 weeks before the end of my term and despite getting a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere I went with them again out of loyalty.
A few days before it was due I paid for the insurance in full. THEN less than 12 hours before my new policy was due to start they rang and said they'd made a mistake and could no longer insure me for what I'd paid and the PRICE would now more than DOUBLE. No ownership of the problem, or compensation for the hassle and potential additional cost offered to me.

The other company that had quoted me - the quote was no longer valid. Of course finding a new price on the day the insurance is due means the price is higher. I've just had to quickly find another company and of course I've ended up paying quite a bit more at this late stage. Frankly I also don't like the way they give you a quote but never actually send you anything in an email until you've taken out the insurance which always struck me as a bit dodgy. But taking payment and then asking for more money later - isn't that just a Scam?

Never came back to me, not very helpful, I only gave 1 star so I could review it. They recommended by the Roaming Raddfords. However, if you fill in an online form, you expect a response, now been over 3 weeks & nothing.

Spoke to numerous insurers before Ross & Scott at AIB about insuring my specialist Japanese import, to be told I was too young (28). Minimum age 30, minimum age 32, can't find the vehicle details, all reasons for not being quoted by mainstream specialists.

Ross and Scott took the time to understand my driving profile - I have been driving these cars for 5 years, numerous other classics and imports.

They took this information to insurers and secured me a great rate with Aviva in under 24 hours.

Could not recommend these highly enough. A massive weight has been lifted.

Today I recieved a call from a member of staff apologising for the way my call was handled, this in my eyes say something about trying to recitify an issue,
Well done.

I rang this company today for a quote, after 20 minutes I was put on hold by the customer service advisor for them to speak with their superviser, I waited a further 10 minutes on the line only to have the phone put down on me, Your Customer Service was disrespectful and very poor.
