10/10 service and would 1000% recommend. We contacted Al Mortgage Solutions last year on a whim to get a better understanding of our circumstances. Alex sat down with us and went through everything, we came out of the meeting with no questions unanswered and ready to start looking for our first home. Our offer was accepted three weeks later and we completed 6 months after that. It's been a longer process than we would of liked but Alex and his team have been on hand through out the whole process to answer all of our questions no matter how stupid or small. Alex and his team are fantastic. Nothing was too much of a problem. We called Alex at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon needing a mortgage in principal, he sent it across to us at 7pm that night! Went above and beyond to get us the right mortgage. He even needed to change it to another lender and got us the same rate, done within 15 minutes.

Alex explained everything to us very clearly, and the aftercare has been fantastic.
