I have been using ALA for a number of years and the customer service is by far the best I have ever had. I have dealt with numerous staff members and they are all great. I have had the pleasure of speaking to Dawn this morning, nothing was too much trouble and the enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism shown was excellent. Keep up the great work, it's not often you get a great service with a smile, but this company and their staff seem to provide it every time. This is with regards to the extended warranty product. Ultimately it is a useless product/service. Be careful, it has been designed in a way to avoid paying out for most claims. For example it covers electrical faults but not the wiring.... They will always have an angle to avoid paying out for most claims. Luckily I was within the 30 day cooling off period, so I got a full refund for the policy.

Very easy to organise Gap Insurance and cheaper than my local Toyota dealer by a country mile.

Good and clear information available of each type of insurance.

ALA's phone support was excellent, being both friendly, patient and very helpful.

However, I would like to have the option of 4 years (instead of the maximum 3 years) for the Tyre, Scratch & Dent, and Alloy Wheel Insurance so that it's the same length as the cover period for the GAP insurance. Thus, 4 stars instead of 5.

ALA called me the day after buying my GAP insurance. They went through all the details and explained the policies in a way in which was understandable. It actually turned out my policy needed amending to a PCH policy and therefore my documents needed amending.
This was done over the phone and my new documents were sent out to me within 5 minutes of the call ending. Couldn’t be happier with the service and all insurance companies should take a note out of ALA’s customer service!

Purchased gap insurance from ALA... the staff were really helpful and walked me through everything and helped me understand the policy and answered any questions I had as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing at first!
