I had a great experience with Ashley from start to finish. He listened to my criteria and was able to secure me with a mortgage with a high street lender. Everything went through quickly and smoothly and despite some hold ups with our completion date being pushed back (due to an issue with another buyer in the chain) he kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. Ashley was kind, supportive and genuinely lovely to speak to. My children and I are now in our new home and settling in, thanks tor Ashley and the team. Highly recommend.

Both Laura and Richard were amazing. I was told by another company, they couldn't help as the companies they deal with don't work in Scotland. What can I say about the wonderful people at Alder Rose mortgages, other than the fact that their services and support are outstanding. Everybody I had the pleasure of dealing with was wonderful, in particular Ashley and Megan. We needed a unique mortgage because I was in my probation period at work, and the only alternative was to wait six months to apply to a more mainstream lender. Alder Rose secured the perfect mortgage for us at a great rate, even during the uncertain time of Bank of England base rate changes. They were also incredibly supportive of the whole conveyancing process, helping us to chase up solicitors when our move was lacking in progress and communication. I can’t thank you guys enough and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

From the very first email they was brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, they explain everything in detail and are happy to help especially when you’re a first time buyer and everything is daunting!

I can’t thank the team enough! Ashley is so lovely, kind and helpful! He even stayed 45 minutes later on a bank holiday weekend after closing to help us go through paperwork and answer all our questions! He made us feel relaxed and comfortable and less worried about the whole process. Truly a top guy!

Big thanks also to Rachel who was there for us from the very start and answered emails and phone calls quickly whenever we needed her advice, also lovely lady to speak too.

Claire who sorted out our life insurance and was thorough and helpful with all questions related and lovely to speak with.
