I was recommended to this company and have to say I am so happy. I filed a claim on my own and the insurance company told me they would only pay for a few repairs. They came in and fought with the insurance on my behalf and they pulled through and got my whole roof approved. I couldn't be happier and my new roof looks great! Don't hesitate to use their services since they really fight for us unlike my insurance.

The new roof went on quickly and was approved by my insurance. The roof looks beautiful. All the roofing was completed in less than a day. The foreman was exceptionally professional. Evefything that needed to be moved was returned correctly in place. Mr. Galvan took complete charge of the request for a complete roof replacement and everything he promised was fulfilled. I am a satisfied customer.

My experience working with All City Public Adjusters was fantastic. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company, they did all the work. Didn't speech with the insurance company at all. They did great work, was here when promised and stayed here until the job was finished ?. Job well done. I would recommend them to all that's needing a new roof. My grandmother was approached by this company asking if she needed anything fixed at her house. They knocked on her door and made her sign some paperwork in a different language than her native language and did not leave any of the ENGLISH copies for her to have and refer back to in case she had any issues. which she did. Once they finally had someone come fix her roof, the construction people hired to "fix" her roof broke her AC and took off her Sun panels. They finished the work and did not install the sun panels until months later and me emailing. I've spoken to three different people at this company and they keep telling me to send the invoice for the damaged AC but have not heard back since November. They don't tell me who exactly I need to speak to. they just want to wash their hands and say it wasn't them. I feel like this company scams innocent elderly people that don't speak English. The insurance company said my grandmother was supposed to receive a second check from them but the address they have is this company and I think they kept it from her. I tried filing a complaint with the BBB but that did not do much.

I had a fire in my home and had no luck with my insurance company. 3 months after the fire we still did not know about repairs and decided to hire this company. This firm took control and fought the insurance company for me. They were trying to pay us almost nothing to rebuild our whole 4 bedroom home and they got us an extra 80k over what the insurance wanted to pay plus money to live in a temporary house vs a hotel. The ease of mind they gave me cannot be said enough. Now my house is being repaired finally. Very thankful.
