Appalling security provided for Bludfest 2024 Milton Keynes.
Worst security operation I've ever seen at a festival.
3+ hrs of queuing, very poor customer service and lack of English. No physical search, very little security around the venue or at the bars, except a few small groups that were too busy sitting on their phones with no interest in their jobs.

The way their staff speak to people at events is DISGUSTING. The blonde dog handler wearing her hair in a ponytail with a baseball cap on at Reggaeland festival on Sunday 6th august should be ashamed of the way she thinks it is okay to speak to people. Vile mouth and temperament. They put on their security uniform and believe they’re the police. If you want people upset at your event then hire these people. If you want respect id stay clear.

Lost my whole bag at festival with keys, cash, card, ID, phone etc. AIB we’re the security there and really looked after me
I was panicking so much. Made sure I got home safe. Someone in their team ended up finding the bag and saving it for me until I could pick it up. All in tact! Thanks to Aaron and the team!

Disgusting I am registered diabetic contacted Reggae Land prior to the event had clear confirmation I could bring in what I needed to assist either my condition.
Security Miriam 55 took my Glucose didn't read my email told me to step aside or get out go to the back. She even argued with me later .No customer service no respect and uneducated. Spoilt my day .I wasn't well she made me anxious said I was rude. Guess what all part of how diabetics feel when feeling unwell
The whole line of customers tried to intervene she wasn't having it . Proudly took the Glucose in a clear bottle and threw it in the bin. I told her if I go into shock hypo It nd be fatal she didn't care. If it had not been fir the quick thinking of one of the vendors who got it back had to be retrieved from a bin though and a siecurity lead from the show who washed it off I could of been seriously ill.No ambulance would of got through that crowd quick enough.

I had a terrible experience with the security guards at the entrance of Prince Philips Enterprise. This area is no longer military however the uneducated guards behave like they own the property . I was stopped from going into see a client . The company claim to be SIA trained this is a lie . Their staff can barely speak / read or write English . So how did they pass SIA course I have done this course and you need at least a basic understanding of the English Language this company should be removed . The owner banded from running a security company . What he is doing is illegal. If I could give minus stars I would.

Carley smashed it for us tonight at MKL, such a kind and friendly lady who cares about her job and the fans, hope to see her again she really helped make out night tonight, hope she sees this 🙂

Provided staff they knew were terrible and then dodged calls when their staff didn't turn up the following day.

Avoid this agency at all costs as they are the cowboys that give agencies a bad name.

The staff this company employ are awful. I understand they have a job to do but they play god with peoples lives. Their staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. If you ever need security staff AVAOD THIS COMPANY.
