The company was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim and getting the repairs done. Roshan and Ben were great in assisting with the insurance claim negotiations. The subcontractors hired to do the reinstatement works were also very good, in particular the team of Thomas who did a great job and were fast and efficient.

The particular set of circumstances of our claim did not fit the obviously excellent service that All Property Claims offer but they were quick to identify this and unselfishly talked themselves out of a job. I can't recommend this company enough! My experience has been nothing short of brilliant. From the very first call with Moez, to booking the leak investigator who had all the specialist equipment that your standard plumber may not have, to the contractors that did the agreed works. A key area of relieve was that fact that they are experts in dealing with insurance companies. They dealt with my insurer on alternative accommodation, loss adjuster appointments, project scope and really all the aspect of my claim. Ben in the claims team was my go to person from the very start , coordinated meetings, provided information, answered my questions and that was always very reassuring. Steve in the works team, kept me informed once the works began, also always available to help with any questions as well. And not forgetting the contractors, who did the works to a high standard. One of the most polite contractors to have in your home. They always arrive on time. They sheeted up and protected all the furniture before doing decorating. They did the works in good time at a very good quality. I had to pay only my insurance excess of £50. They got sent the repairs bill directly to Aviva insurance it cost me nothing.

I would highly recommend Allpropertyclaims. When my neighbours tank burst and the water damaged, not only my flat, but also the flats of several of our neighbours we appointed allpropertyclaims to deal the headache of managing our entire claim and building works. We are so glad we made this decision – it was probably the best decision ever.
