9/1 update- We sustained significant damage to our house due to a tornado. Bill guided us through the process. The insurance company offered us money but Bill came out afterwards and spent a day carefully analyzing the damage. He was able to significantly increase the money to more appropriately reflect the cost to repair the damage. I could have never done it myself. His construction knowledge is key to his ability to persuade the insurance company to do the right thing. I can’t thank him enough.
