A disgrace of a company. Rejected my insurance claim so I had to go through the financial ombudsman who sided with me. They do not care about the customer and will happily throw you under the bus.

Absolutely terrible in regards to making contact. Left on "hold" indefinitely. They ignore emails, including the CEO. Will ditch them at renewal. They disrespect the customer and do not action what they promise. Ghastly service.

I had car insurance for £280 with Allianz which they quoted renewal at £682 one year later for the same car. I phoned, was told the premium was non-negotiable. So I cancelled and reinsured with the Coop for £340. Meanwhile they took the £682 from my card anyway and doubtless i will have a prolonged battle to get it refunded.

If i could do 0 stars i would a very un professional company they say they do a poicly transfer me about 15 times and then tell me they can not offer me a poicly because they do not cover it very unhappy about this and very unprofessional.
