She has taken the time to understand our business and its unique needs, and she provided tailored recommendations to ensure we've had the right coverage to protect our business.

Their digital platform is user-friendly and finding our policy information or monitoring coverage all in one place is very helpful.

We have his mobile number which gets straight through to him, no waiting in phone queues to get put through. I find the client portal very easy to navigate, all my staff use it on a daily basis with no problem.
