Alistair is a brilliant letting agent. He is reliable and super friendly when it comes to the properties he has to offer. Any issues you have with the property he sorts it out straight away. My boiler had broke and he was round in the space of 2 hours with electric heaters and he didn't stop contacting the plumber until it was sorted for me. He is always trying to help the best he can when it comes to his properties he rents. I would 100% reccomend letting a property off Alistair as he does everything in a professional manner plus he is a lovely person.

I found the experience overall really disappointing. We were greeted 15 minutes late to our viewing without apology, not updated timely on the process of our application and completely ignored when we had follow up questions. Moving home is incredibly stressful and I would have appreciated a more person centred approach and I hope that this review can inspire that in the future as it's not easy to find a home in this day and age and the one thing you need to be sure of is that the agent is on your side, my experience didn't feel like this. Luckily another local company were much more accommodating and helped us find the right place.

EDIT: The fact that this company will not even take on criticism without first telling me they are right is exactly my point proven. People before money will always be how I feel. If it's too difficult for you to receive so many applications then put a limit on the applications if you can't provide the service prospective tenants need and deserve especially in the world right now.

I have been lied to yet again by another estate agents

They have listed the property as let agreed, which from experiance tells me they have accepted a tenant and lied to me about their 'let agreed' status to avoid any criticism

I had applied for a property and I believe it to be due to age discrimination, and circumstantial discrimination that they have taken another applicant and not informed their other applicants of the status of the property being accepted by another tenant, it is Thier duty to keep all applicants interested in a property up to date on the status of the property and application

I have tried to contact them and are now ignoring my calls, probably to avoid any criticism and avoid any confrontation due to poor estate agent practice which seems to be a common theme eamong estate agents these days, they leave there applicants and clients in the dark and don't inform or keep them up to date and will say or do anything to avoid any accountability and refuse any kind of constructive criticism
