They don't accept electronic invoices delivered for online consultations, even though this has become the norm nowadays. So you get a very expensive health insurance (275 EUR/month in my case) but can't even get reimbursed for a 25 EUR regular consultation with a general practitioner. I can't imagine if one has to claim higher costs.

Je suis cliente AMARIZ depuis 2008 avec un contrat Premier Euro Or et une Complémentaire Classique, les personnes à l’accueil téléphonique sont toujours adorables et très professionnelles, au moindre doute, j'envoie un mail et j'ai ma réponse dans la journée, avec toutes les explications et solutions. Pour les remboursements, il suffit d'envoyer la copie des ordonnances dans une enveloppe T et les virements sont effectués sous 48H. Pour ce qui est des hospitalisations, AMARIZ envoi directement par mail aux hôpitaux ou cliniques une prise en charge et rien à payer en sortant, c'est efficace !!! Excellente assurance santé, bien meilleure que la sécu française... Cotisations réellement indexées sur le risque au moment de la souscription (et donc basses par rapport à la SS), règles de remboursement claires, efficacité dans le traitement, bref une vraie assurance contrairement à la SS... qui devrait s'inspirer d'AMARIZ...
