Amazing place to go to regarding mortgages! We were recommended to go here by our mortgage advisor after NatWest had previously rejected our mortgage offer. The process was extremely smooth and easy, with our mortgage offer being emailed to us within 2 weeks, allowing the rest of our process to go smoothly to complete the purchase of our house! What can I say except amazing! Andrew went over and above to assist us with our extremely complicated house purchase. He was with us every step of the way and went the extra mile every day. Always available to answer every question we had. He is so knowledgeable, we called him the Oracle of financial advisers. It took 6 months to complete the purchase but this was due to the legal side of things! Had we not had Andrew behind us at all times I don't know what we would have done. I can't say enough good things about Andrew Nolan. A brief review like this simply doesn't do justice. I bought my first property in mid 2021 during the height of the covid-19 pandemic. I had absolutely zero experience with the complexities involved in purchasing a property or obtaining a mortgage and I was completely inept when it came to the actual process of negotiating. Luckily Andrew and his team had every aspect covered. The relationship right from the beginning to the ultimate handing over of the keys was faultless. I really could not identify any area where Andrew and his team are deficient or lacking. The standout feature for me was his communication; Andrew was always available to take a call or a WhatsApp or answer an email. This was enormous peace of mind during stressful endeavour as a first time buyer. As I said at the outset I really cannot praise Andrew and the team enough. I have remained in touch and look forward to to doing business again in future.

Would highly recommend. A genuine and very knowledgable mortgage advisor who helped in getting my first mortgage. Identified I was given bad financial advise with a current mortgage proposal I had secured ready for a new build property. Andy took over and did everything he could to switch me to a new mortgage offer and get rid of the existing offer saving me a lot of time and money. I wouldn't go anywhere else after my experience!
