Speaking from the perspective of a first time buyer I found this service to be excellent. Everything was explained, without feeling like I was being patronised. Martyn was always available and willing to help, answering questions, no matter how small or silly they sounded, in detail. There were a lot of services on offer but he was very respectful when we decided not to use some of them, never trying to force extras on to us.
