Have just got off the phone for an insurance quote with a lady who frankly, from the get go, was extremely blunt and unfriendly! I tried to lighten the mood to no avail and then when I told her a bit of information that meant they couldn’t insure me (which is fine) she very abruptly started ending the call! No apology for not being able to help, she just wanted me off the phone yesterday but to be honest, I’m glad they couldn’t help! Because I wouldn’t want to have to deal with the customer service when something goes wrong! Appalling!!

Have been with this company for nearly 5 years, no claims, all paid in one go but this year they increased my policy by £200! Only because THEY changed company for horseboxes and they don't want it to be kept on the road. It always has been on the road, suddenly no good. Very disappointed, looking for another option sadly....

Very good service, I would highly recommend. I tried to arrange commercial van insurance myself and was hitting a lot of dead ends.
