Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis patiently listened to all problems that had occurred and was extremely helpful in finding solutions and advising how to move forward with the claim. WOW ! almost certainly the most professional, friendliest company I have ever dealt with..... Anthony Bristow took on our claim and a measly offer was pushed up with skills that only someone who really knows their stuff could do...... thought I had a way with words but Anthony's are well beyond my pay grade ! this guy could beat anyone into submission
Thank goodness he's in insurance and not law ..... Not a hope in hell with getting off with an ill fitting glove!
We would not hesitate passing all our insurance needs this company's way including my beloved boat.

Harry Smart was extremely helpful and explained our options very clearly. He helped us through the claim provcess which could have been very stressful but was not. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY.
I have approached this company for my car Insurance. They given one quotation and I agreed for that. They charged me £385 for 1st payment.
I requested for policy documents they haven’t sent me, again after 15 hours they sent policy documents. Which is BLOCK BOX POLICY.
I requested for refund, from there they are not responding.
