Avoid - really do not recommend APT. The team at APT are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I have found them to frequently stray beyond their scope of property management services and make determinations outside of their domains of expertise e.g. Health and Safety, Leak Detection, Construction works etc. APT do not look after the best interests of the leaseholder or the freeholder and will be sure to always take the easy route, increasing service charges annually and finding the first contractor available. The worst thing is their attitude and culture - very blame focused and not problem solving oriented. Easy to enter into a management contract with, difficult to exit from. Poorest service i've come across unfortunately.
