Absolutely astounded at the level of incompetence this company shows.The owner John Rose was paid in January 2021 to submit the relevant forms for us to get our CHAS certification.
Turns out he hadn't even submitted the forms required from our company to CHAS causing major problems, and additional costs to source another health and safety consultant to complete this for us.
We have tried at least 100 times to text/email/call John with no response!! For someone who costs so much and demands payment so quicky this company are hugely unprofessional and unresponsive.
It is now JULY 2021, We are still waiting on a response from John.
I would recommend that everyone would avoid this company at all costs as you will end up paying twice for the same thing.
He will take your money and not contact you at all, leaving you frustrated and panicking that you wont be able to continue working as a company without the relevant paperwork.
