I recently used Total Access for my one day S-Cape abseil refresher at my site. The trainer (George) arrived exactly on time. The training was very thorough with several scenarios to work through. I would recommend Total Access although their pricing for a captive market is eye watering. I considered almost £1000 a day far too much

We attended the Rooftop safety and access course at the Bracknell Training center in December, the course was lead by Sam who was very professional and his experience was invaluable to his teachings, the course itself was very informative as well as enjoyable.

An excellent training facility which offers a very wide range of courses. I attended the basic abseiling refresher course.
The training staff are very knowledgeable and offer advice and encouragement to get you to achieve the pass at the end of your course.
Lunch is usually provided with the courses and there is ample car parking outside the facility

Complete disregard for anything that resembles average customer service, never mind good customer service!!

I ordered goods from them and after over a week they had still not arrived. When I complained I got a half-hearted apology and they blamed Royal Mail and the Black Friday sales. They never offered me any incentive to use them again, never said we’ll send replacements out by special delivery to make up some time that you have lost, never offered any type of voucher off the next purchase etc. The replacements even took 6 days to arrive.

Customer service, they have never heard of it.

Fantastic place for learning. Nearby Gezes cafe for lunch within walking distance. On site toilets and training rooms. 3 outdoor towers and more indoor climbing facilities at present.

Wow what an amazing training centre I went for a Revac rescue training course and I was amazed how many different set ups there was for different scenario's and different types of training there were very good facilities and all the staff were very Helpfull friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
