Highly recommend Tom. He is quick and responsive and gets the job done. Our basement flooded Dec 19th, Tom was there within an hour of our phone call and our claim was paid out within 3 weeks. It matters who you know, and you want to know Tom!

Beyond thrilled to have worked with Tom at Area Public Adjusters. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner. Tom Crossan is a great adjuster! I had a water heater break in my basement. Tom immediately came over and was able to get my claim moving. We got a great settlement and it was in a timely manner. We had two other adjusters come out before Tom. But Tom was the most professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Tom did a great job with two major separate incidents at my home - a major roof/siding damage from a tornado and a basement flooding. He immediately arranged for a roof contractor and emergency flooding repair team that helped prevent further damage.
