My pension was transferred to this company and I was advised to move the fund to a different provider, as although it was performing well the charges were high.
Having agreed to this, my pension fund lost around £20,000 and as I'm obviously unhappy about this and they have requested a fee in advance to recommend alternative funds that may perform better.

Charges are a total rip off and funds perform badly. This company shows little interest and even with a portfolio of little risk are able to loose you thousands of pounds. This company must charge one of the highest r client rates. They also put you on a platform so you cannot track your investments.

Unfortunately after G D white closed and Mike went into retirement..my portfolio was handed to this company I've never had any communication from this company the only person I've dealt with is Carol who worked alongside Mike..Today I called to speak with Carol and came across a woman who made things really awkward and said unless you give her surname nothing I can do .I'm not impressed so far with this company and after 30 years of having a brilliant service and built a relationship with Mike and carol I expect more and better treatment and service.
