Excellent service! From initial consultation through to our sale, we felt thoroughly taken care of by Arins. The pricing offered was fair and that, and the commission percentage, were in line with other estate agents. The information Arins collected so that their viewing agents are knowledgeable is one of the stand-out features - we knew that prospective buyers were being shown round by someone who had the information at their finger tips to answer seller questions and to bring out the best in our house. The photos were well done and showcased our property well. All through the process Arins were proactive, in touch with us, and in touch with solicitors and other estate agents up the chain. I believe without Harry and Chrissie the sale would have fallen through, but their dedication to getting in touch with the relevant parties and making things clear kept everything moving. Harry has in the last 8 years done 2 property sales for me, and genuinely is a very efficient and 'on the ball' estate agent, always checking with the people i was buying from what the state of play was etc. Genuinely would recommend to anyone in reading. I have now moved to the other side of berkshire/wiltshire borders, but i would recommend him and arins to anyone selling in reading or wokingham.

Note: the valuation harry gave was very genuine, and we got exactly what we wanted for the house + or -3k, which is very good going, cannot ask for better than that really.
