Dianne was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers, we needed a lot of guidance in regards to applying for a mortgage and the house buying process in general. Every encounter with AFFS, Dianne in particular, has been dealt with the utmost professionalism and helpfulness. From weekend emails to asking questions sporadically over the last few years we have always received such a prompt and helpful reply.
